Artificial price manipulation or false discounts are not permitted.
Sellers must process and dispatch orders within the defined timeline.

Sellers must follow Anubhavshri’s Shipping Policy and cooperate with assigned delivery partners.
Correct pickup address and contact details must be provided.

In case of approved returns, sellers must cooperate in pickups, replacements, or refunds.
Repeated return issues due to seller fault may lead to penalties.
Sellers must maintain professional and ethical behavior with customers and support staff.
Misrepresentation, abusive behavior, fake reviews, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to bypass the platform for direct transactions is not allowed.
Sellers agree to pay applicable platform commissions, service fees, or charges as defined by Anubhavshri.
Payouts will be settled as per the platform’s settlement cycle after order completion and return period closure.
Sellers must protect customer data and use it only for order fulfillment purposes.
